Offering three unique homes that can be rented separately or collectively to accommodate up to 25 adults in total, Honeybridge Estate offers a range of spaces, catering options and well-being activities to create a bespoke event for you.   From brainstorming, team-building, brand activation's, meetings, quarterly presentations, hosting international guests, dinners, drinks receptions and away days.

We can arrange custom itineraries to suit any experience - from countryside Dawn & Dusk safari's, sun-downers by the bonfire, chocolate making workshops to health & well-being workshops and Sussex Vineyard Tours.  If you want to make your clients guests feel valued and appreciated, Honeybridge is the perfect setting.

We have partnered with sought-after well-being guru, Richie Norton, to offer Training & Well-being Retreats to enhance performance.  Specifically designed to address the unique challenges and stressors faced by busy professionals, providing pro-active, preventative support to create real change .

Richie Norton is an ex-rugby player turned human performance and leadership coach. He is ready to take you on an incredible and fun journey to safeguard your mental health, reduce stress, improve mood and increase your energy levels. This experience will be life-changing.

Richie has spent the last 10 years working alongside sports professionals and some of the most respected pioneers in physical and mental resilience training. He uses powerful breathwork and mindset tools to unlock his clients’ true potential, increasing focus, clarity, and energy levels, as well as decreasing stress, anxiety, and depression symptoms.

A sought-after consultant in wellbeing, personal development and recovery optimisation, Richie had helped get actors movie-ready, athletes game-ready and high achievers in the corporate world reach that next level in personal and professional development. He specialises in delivering impactful group coaching and tailor-made programmes that leave participants feeling recharged and transformed.

Our breath and the way we breathe is connected to every system in our bodies.  As we get older, we are conditioned to control our feelings and emotions, and as a result our muscles tighten and our breathing patterns become restricted.  The impact on our mental and physical well-being is huge - it affects our immune systems, nervous systems, digestive systems, lymphatic, hormonal, sleep, mental health and even our thoughts.

As well as seeing significant changes in a matter of hours, our guests leave our retreat with a lifelong tool to help them feel more energised, more relaxed, more focused and performing better at work, or in sport, sleeping better and less stressed or anxious.

SAMPLE PROGRAMME

You will learn small yet very powerful habit shifts which will help you thrive both personally and professionally.

From mindfulness and stress management training to nutrition and fitness coaching, the programme will be packed with a lot of fun and laughter, while testing your limits and pushing you out of your comfort zone.

Breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks will be fresh and nutritious, based on simple and inspiring menus.
