Richie has spent the last 10 years working alongside sports professionals and some of the most respected pioneers in physical and mental resilience training. He uses powerful breathwork and mindset tools to unlock his clients’ true potential, increasing focus, clarity, and energy levels, as well as decreasing stress, anxiety, and depression symptoms.

A sought-after consultant in wellbeing, personal development and recovery optimisation, Richie had helped get actors movie-ready, athletes game-ready and high achievers in the corporate world reach that next level in personal and professional development. He specialises in delivering impactful group coaching and tailor-made programmes that leave participants feeling recharged and transformed.
BREATHWORK
Our breath and the way we breathe is connected to every system in our bodies. As we get older, we are conditioned to control our feelings and emotions, and as a result our muscles tighten and our breathing patterns become restricted. The impact on our mental and physical well-being is huge - it affects our immune systems, nervous systems, digestive systems, lymphatic, hormonal, sleep, mental health and even our thoughts.

As well as seeing significant changes in a matter of hours, our guests leave our retreat with a lifelong tool to help them feel more energised, more relaxed, more focused and performing better at work, or in sport, sleeping better and less stressed or anxious.

You can expect an intimate retreat in luxurious surroundings. The programme will include a mix of training, coaching, activities and great food all focused on building strong minds and resilient bodies. You will be guided on a transitional journey towards physical, mental and emotional well-being. Suitable for all fitness levels, we want to provide a safe environment where any one can feel comfortable to explore, adapt, try new things, learn and grow - harnessing the power of nature's magic, functional movement, exposure to the cold, heat and breathwork.

There will also be plenty of opportunities to relax and enjoy the spectacular estate with its incredible views over the South Downs National Park and indoor spa with a 14’ infinity pool and sauna, an indoor and two outdoor hot tubs, open water swimming, fishing, tennis courts and more. THE PROGRAMME
You will learn small yet very powerful habit shifts which will help you thrive both personally and professionally.
From mindfulness and stress management training to nutrition and fitness coaching, the programme will be packed with a lot of fun and laughter, while testing your limits and pushing you out of your comfort zone.
Breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks will be fresh and nutritious, based on simple and inspiring menus.
